Since 2009, BottleForge has manufactured premium custom drinkware for some of the most demanding distributors and brands in Europe and North America. We own every step — from steel forming to box packing — under one roof in Hangzhou.

Built around the long-term buyer.

BottleForge was founded in 2009 by a team of stainless-steel engineers who had spent a decade producing for OEM brands across Asia. We saw the same problem repeating: Western buyers were being routed through three or four layers of trading companies, with quality, deadlines, and pricing eroding at every step.

So we did something unusual for the industry: we built a vertically integrated factory and an English-speaking export team in the same building. Today, 92% of our revenue comes from clients who have been with us for more than three years. That's the metric we care about.

Started with a single stainless-steel production line and three export accounts in Germany and the United States.

Passed initial social compliance audits, opening relationships with European retail chains and promotional groups.

New 50,000 m² Facility

Consolidated steel forming, vacuum sealing, decoration and packaging under one roof. Doubled production capacity.

In-House UV & Digital Print

Added full-color UV and digital sublimation lines, supporting D2C brands with photo-grade decoration at low MOQs.
